Seth DuCasse, the new Director of FOCUS Cincinnati, is an Army combat veteran who worked as a Paralegal in the JAG Corps for nearly seven years. After exiting the military, Seth moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to raise his daughter Laila and worked as a Realtor and a Public Adjuster. He has experience as a Case Manager from working at Shelterhouse, a local nonprofit where he assisted those experiencing homelessness with becoming self-sufficient and obtaining housing. Seth has also been a part of Holy Trinity – St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church since 2019 helping to create the Holy Transfiguration Community Garden and serving in the Men’s Ministry. Seth assisted in developing FOCUS Cincinnati and served as the Chair of the FOCUS Cincinnati Advisory Committee before being hired as the Director. He is passionate about working with our local communities in Finneytown and Norwood. Seth brings strong management, leadership, strategic planning, and team-building skills to his role in FOCUS.
